1、Applications

In the process of metallographic sample preparation, the grinding and polishing of the sample is an essential process. After grinding and polishing, the surface of the sample can be obtained as bright as a mirror. KS-MPB-2T semi-automatic metallurgical sample grinding and polishing machine adopts high-end touch screen, and is equipped with electric grinding and polishing head, which can grind and polishing four samples at the same time at one time. It has the characteristics of smooth rotation, hands liberation, low noise, easy operation and high work efficiency. The rotating speed of grinding and polishing disc is between 50-1000r/min without extremely adjustable. By replacing the metallographic sandpaper and polishing fabric, the grinding and polishing process of the sample can be completed, showing a wider range of applications. The bottom shell is made of integral blister, with novel appearance, and has its own cooling device, which can cool the sample during grinding and polishing to prevent the metallographic structure from being damaged due to overheating of the sample.
